​Water's Edge Marine Inspections is committed to the highest levels of customer service. Each dive and report is completed by the owner,  Norma Jean Jalovec, offering the client in excess of 20 years  experience in the field of marine construction, related fields of building, and construction law.

PRE PURCHASE INFORMATIONAL REAL ESTATE INSPECTIONS:

Pre purchase real estate inspections include an in water dive to assess the condition of the existing seawall, dock, pilings and boat lift. A type written evaluation is emailed within 24 hours of the inspection.

SEAGRASS/ENVIRONMENTAL SURVEYS:

Seagrass surveys include an in water dive to determine evidence of marine seagrasses that may be growing in areas of potential construction ; these may influence permitting requirements.

EVALUATION INFORMATIONAL INSPECTIONS:

Inspections of existing seawalls, docks or piles will determine the condition of the structure; recommendations for repair or replacement will be included in a type written evaluation with local marine contractor recommendations.
